TUITION POLICY

TUITION IS DUE BY THE 10TH OF EACH MONTH.
ANY TUITION PAID AFTER THAT DATE, FOR ANY REASON, IS CHARGED A
$10 LATE FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS. 2.
CLASSES ARE $12 PER CLASS. TO
RECEIVE OUR DISCOUNTED MONTHLY TUITION RATES YOU MUST PAY A YEARLY
REGISTRATION FEE OF $20. 3.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, NO TRANSFERS OR EXTENSIONS OF TUITION TO THE NEXT
MONTH. THERE ARE NO TUITION
ADJUSTMENTS. NEW STUDENTS
ARE PRO RATED FOR THE MONTH STARTING WITH THE DATE OF THE CLASS FIRST
ATTENDED. 4.
IF YOU WISH TO DROP A CLASS, YOU MUST FILL OUT A WITHDRAWAL FORM.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL TIUTION FEES FOR ALL CLASSES
REGISTERED IN UP UNTIL THE DATE THE WITHDRAWAL FORM IS SUBMITTED.
IF YOU STOP COMING TO A CLASS, YOU ARE BILLED UNTIL A FORM IS
SUBMITTED. 5.
IF YOU LEAVE FOR VACATION YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR TUITION WHILE
YOU ARE GONE. IF YOU WISH
NOT TO PAY TUITION YOU MUST FILL OUT A WITHDRAWAL FORM BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO WITHDRAW, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO RE -REGISTER
WHEN YOU RETURN, AND PAY REGISTRATION FEES AGAIN. 6.
IF A STUDENT MISSES A CLASS HE/SHE MAY DO A MAKE UP CLASS IN THE SAME OR
LOWER LEVEL OF THE CLASS MISSED. MAKE
UP LESSONS MUST BE TAKEN WITHIN 8 WEEKS OF THE MISSED LESSON.
LESSONS NOT MADE UP IN THAT TIME WILL BE FORFEITED.
MAKE UP LESSONS WILL BE HONORED AS LONG AS YOU AND/OR YOUR CHILD
ARE STILL CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN CLASSES AT WESTMINSTER PERFORMING ARTS
CENTER. ANY EXISTING MAKE UP
LESSONS WILL BE FORFEITED AT TIME OF WITHDRAWAL.
SOME CLASSES DO NOT HAVE MAKE UPS INCLUDING (BABIES AGES 3 – 6
AND BELLY DANCING). 7.
STUDENTS WITH TUITION ACCOUNTS 30 OR MORE DAYS PAST DUE WILL NOT BE ABLE
TO ATTEND CLASS UNTIL TUITION AND LATE FEES ARE PAID. 8.
THERE IS A $25 CHARGE FOR RETURNED CHECKS.
WESPAC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO
ANYONE. STUDIO RULES
1.
NO GUM CHEWING IN CLASS. 2.
NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO OR OFFICE AREA.
WATER BOTTLES WITH CLOSING CAP OR LID ARE PERMITTED.
SODA, SPORTS DRINK BOTTLES AND SNACKS CAN BE BROUGHT INTO THE
STUDIO AS LONG AS THE LID IS INTACT, BUT THEY MUST BE OPENED AND
CONSUMED OUTSIDE THE OFFICE AND/OR STUDIO. 3.
NO TALKING DURING CLASSES. YOU
MAY ASK QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO THE CLASS, SUCH AS CHOREOGRAPHY, STEPS
OR EXERCISES THAT ARE BEING TAUGHT. 4.
THE DOOR TO THE DANCE ROOM WILL BE SHUT DURING CLASS. 5.
STUDENTS MUST ASK PERMISSION TO LEAVE THE ROOM DURING CLASS. 6.
SPECTATORS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ENTER THE DANCE ROOM WHILE A CLASS IS IN
SESSION. IF ANYONE NEEDS TO
USE THE RESTROOM THEY MUST WAIT UNTIL AFTER CLASS IS FINISHED. 7.
WE ASK THAT SPECTATORS TALK QUIETLY IN OFFICE AREAS.
LOUD VOICES ARE DISTRACTING AND DISRUPTIVE.
PARENTS PLEASE DO NOT TALK TO YOUR CHILD DURING CLASS UNLESS IT
IS VERY IMPORTANT OR AN EMERGENCY. 8.
YOUNG CHILDREN IN OFFICE AREAS NEED TO BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHAT YOUR YOUNG CHILD IS DOING. 9.
DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. 10.
CLASS
TIME IS NOT THE TIME TO DISCUSS PERSONAL GRIEVANCES.
AN APPOINTMENT MUST BE MADE WITH BOTH
DIRECTOR AND INSTRUCTOR. 11.
STUDENTS
MUST FOLLOW STUDIO DRESS CODE OR THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND
CLASS. 12.
STUDENTS
MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE CLASS. 13.

NO JEANS! – JEANS DO NOT ALLOW THE STUDENT TO PROPERLY STRETCH DURING
THE WARM UP AND ARE RESTRICTING DURING DANCING. ***TIGHTS
ARE REQUIRED IN JAZZ, TAP AND BALLET CLASSES FOR SAFETY AND MODESTY.
THEY ALSO HELP PREVENT THE OVER DEVELOPMENT OF THIGH MUSCLES.
AIR CONDITIONING WILL BE PROVIDED ON HOT DAYS. STUDENTS
UNDER 18 PARENT MUST SIGN: IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY, AND I CAN NOT
BE REACHED, I HEREBY AUTHORIZE JASEIDA MOJICA, OR ANY OTHER AUTHORIZED
ADULT IN ASSOCIATION WITH WESTMINSTER PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, TO ACT ON
MY BEHALF TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT FOR MY CHILD FROM A
LICENSED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER - WESTMINSTER
PERFORMING ARTS CENTER AND THE INSTRUCTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR PERSONAL
INJURIES OR LOSS OF, OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY.
EACH STUDENT MAY DECLINE TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY ACTIVITY.
